Strawberry Moon is owned by a Coeliac, with a severe nut allergy, who follows a vegan diet, so all our products are made to a top 14 common allergens free recipe. Our manufacturers & suppliers have confirmed that they have measures in place to avoid cross-contamination of allergens. All products are hand-mixed to order, then packaged with extreme care.
We have completed the Food Standards Agency Allergy & Intolerance Training, and hold a level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene certification. We have also been awarded a 5 out of 5, very good/da iawn, for food hygiene by the food standards agency.
